Clara Oloniniyi – Chairperson
Clara Oloniniyi (Mrs) is the pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Infinity Microfinance Bank Limited. She is a respected business manager of repute in Nigerian Financial markets and public sector
After her initial stints at Public Finance, and Airline Services in the 90’s, She co-founded Infinity Microfinance Bank as Community Savings Bank in the Mile 12 axis of Lagos State in the year 2000.
Her enterpreneurial drive has seen the outfit metamorphosized into one of the leading State Microfinance Banks in Nigeria.
She has degrees from Yaba College of Technology and Delta State University and has benefitted from wide-ranging local and International training on Microfinance banking and developments. Mrs Clara Oloniniyi is a fellow of Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria. She was the chairperson of National Association of Microfinance bank (Lagos State) from 2014 – 2016. She is married to Tope Oloniniyi and they are blessed with Children
Abaniwonda J.Abiodun
Abaniwonda J Abiodun is an experienced School Proprietor who started out as a tutor with the Lagos State Ministry of Education
He also worked with the Lagos State Government in various ministries where he developed outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
He is a Director of Studies at Chris Group of Schools in Lagos. He holds a Degree in Education and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Lagos State University.
Tope Oloniniyi
Tope Oloniniyi is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of MIP Financial Solutions and Director in Infinity Microfinance Bank Limited.
He is widely experienced as a financial service practitioner in the Non-Bank segment of the financial markerts having put in about 18 years between 1990 and 2007 before resigning in 2007 to focus on providing active consultancy support services in the Microfinance and Insurance sub-sector.
Some of the companies he had served at Management capacity are Insurance Brokers of Nigeria, Goldlink Insurance Company and Sterling Asset management and Trustees Limited (SAMTL). subsidiary of Sterling Bank Plc.
Tope Oloniniyi has his First Degree in Actuarial Science from Ahmadu Bello University and masters in Banking and Finance from University of Lagos.
He is a Fellow of Chartered Insurance Institute London and Nigeria and a Fellow of Association of Pension Fund & Investment Managers. He is the founding Pastor of Grace Impact Christian Network.
Abimbola Obasuyi – Secretary
Abimbola Obasuyi (Mrs) started her career in tabloid and broadcast media in the 90’s and has evolved as a professional Media and marketing Communication Practitioner over two decades.
She had worked with various marketing communication companies and advertising agencies and handled brands in various sectors of the economy before deploying her skills to Edumark Consult where she served as General Manager.
She is currently the Principal Partner of TBOJ Consult, an agency providing specialist support services in marketing and media publication to corporate and educational institutions. She holds a first Degree in Mass Communication and Master Degree in Public Administration from University of Lagos.
Prince Austine Isire
Prince Austine Isire is the Foundation/Chairman of Davo Dani Microfinance Bank Ltd and Davo Dani International Limited.
He has diverse experience obtained in Banking, Insurance, Financial and People Management among others, spanning a period of over three decades. He was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of SA Life Assurance until he retired in 2014.
Prince Isire holds Masters Degree of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Delta State University and is a fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA); Fellow, Institute of Directors of Nigeria (FIOD) and Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI)
He also holds Senior Membership, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) as well as Microfinance Bank Certificate, Nigerian Institute of Bankers (MCIB)
He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School CEP program and IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain in Global Leadership certificates.
